Catalyst Port Alberni has an immediate opening for an Operations Crew Scheduler.As an integral administrative member of the Paper and Materials Handling Operations, the Operations Crew Scheduler is accountable for effectively scheduling of operational employees to meet the mill's needs.
The key accountabilities of this role are:
- Schedule based on qualification and competency.
- Assist with the processing of time, attendance and payroll.
- Provide information & support to operations in the form of report creation and other administration functions.
- Effectively communicate with employees
- Liaise with all levels of management and staff to effectively coordinate the flow of information.
- Record keeping with respect to training, procedural compliance and area indoctrinations.
