    • Cultivate a safety-first culture, ensuring all operations adhere to the highest safety standards.
    • Lead and inspire a team dedicated to exceptional customer connections, maintenance activities of large powerline infrastructure and efficient work management.
    • Spearhead strategic development to optimize customer service delivery and operational efficiency.
    • Oversee budget planning, cost management, and financial performance, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and operational targets are met.
    • Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and community leaders to enhance service delivery.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
    • Act as a key leadership figure, participating in strategic discussions and decisions within the Operations division.

    What You Bring:

    • A degree, diploma, or certification in a relevant technical, professional, or business field.
    • 5 - 7 years of leadership experience in the utilities sector with work planning, execution, and customer related experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex operations.
    • Strong strategic planning, financially savvy, and business consulting skills.
    • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on customer relations and partner engagement.
