Your outputs are informative and succinct with first-hand experience in creating digital experiences and activation strategies, mapping ecosystems, frameworks, and clear articulation of qualitative and quantitative research findings.


What will this role do?:


  • Create bold strategies that solve for customer needs that consider market trends, while balancing business needs and drivers.
  • Lead client engagements partnership with the growth team. Work directly with clients and develop the relationship of the trusted advisor.
  • Serve as the bridge between the multidisciplinary teams to create experience solutions that are holistic and executable. Gathering the right information to move forward.
  • Responsible for the quality of the outcomes and ensuring they map back to the desired business and customer vision.
  • Conduct the necessary qualitive and quantitative research to defend strategic direction and recommendations.
  • Leverage the appropriate frameworks and approaches to solve the problem at hand market audits, competitive review, workshops, value mapping, etc.
  • Synthesize actionable insights based on the disparate information and client collateral provided to build a cohesive story that inspires design and build efforts.
  • Identify customer moments of truth and map pain points to opportunities, while prioritizing the key touch points where the brand and customer should connect.
  • Design and facilitate engaging client collaboration sessions (brainstorming, workshops, jams) with clear foresight into the expected outcomes and the required activities required to get you there.
  • Identify success drivers and indicators for both client and the project teams.
  • Create practical product/project roadmaps that consider both short term and longterm initiatives that unlock prioritized value.
  • Contribute to new business initiatives, pitches, and proposals.

Must Haves:


  • The ability to manage ambiguity as it relates to clients, projects, and other situations.
  • 3+ years of creating various digital outputs.
  • A proven track record of creative problemsolving
  • A perspective that is sought after finding new pathways to problemsolving creatively and repurposing old approaches in novel ways.
  • You are in the know you stay on top of the latest trends & behaviours. Differentiate between hype/trend and have a strong POV.
  • 1+ years of relevant industry/agency experience working in crossfunctional teams
  • You pride yourself in creating esthetically pleasing decks that are succinct and speak to your audience.
  • Excellent communication and teambuilding skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients and/or projects.
