Job summary

The Customer Service Administrator provides an exceptional customer experience while completing administrative tasks working with all team members in achieving the repair facilities KPIs.


Key responsibilities include ensuring consistent execution of WOW plan providing positive energy when greeting customers managing confirmation and reservation of rental vehicles communicating updates with Customers & Insurance claims personnel reconciling each Repair Order prior to closing monitoring accounts receivable actively applying new knowledge from continuous learning contributing to operational excellence.
