Description

Looking for reliable and experienced cleaners/housekeepers to work with small team cleaning five-star short term rental properties (e.g. Airbnb) and other commercial businesses on an ongoing basis in the Niagara Falls area.

Depending on experience, performance and suitability additional permanent work is available at other short term rental properties, homes and businesses.

Great opportunity to add to your portfolio.

The successful applicant will be responsible for cleaning the home after guests check out and preparing it for the next guests.

Duties:

• Cleaning -
• kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, walls, windows
• Laundry
• Washing towels and linens; making beds and replenishing towels
• Restocking Guest amenities
• Checking for damages and photographing damage
• Monitoring of supply levels
• Hours: Are flexible but all cleanings typically take place between 11am and 3pm
• Flexibility is required; cleanings may be assigned less than 12 hours in advance.

Requirements:

• Professional cleaning experience is a must
• Vehicle and license

Pay:

• $18-$35 per hour depending on experience and performance. A flat fee can also be negotiated depending on the project.
