Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, showcasing professionalism in every interaction. Responsiveness within a 24-hour window is essential.

Efficient Installations: Strategically schedule installations with considerations to installer availability, geographic location, skillset, time constraints, site specifics, and weather conditions.

Seamless Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project coordinators and service providers to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

Operational Enhancements: Frequently report to management on potential areas for operational improvements, challenges encountered, and actively contribute to the formulation of company best practices.

Client Management: Address client concerns, schedule services, reorder necessary parts, furnish timely updates and invoices, and track payments meticulously.

Quality Assurance & Site Inspections: Conduct periodic site inspections, guaranteeing installation quality, material ordering, and addressing any touch-ups or servicing promptly.

Installer Onboarding & Mentorships: Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new installers and organize mentorship programs to ensure skill development and alignment with company standards.

Performance Reports: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to monitor key performance indicators and assess project progress.


Requirements:


  • Adept coordination and efficiency skills to manage intricate scheduling and project dynamics.
  • Showcase meticulous organizational skills through detailed attention to tasks, effective time management, and streamlined coordination.
  • Exhibit clear and positive communication, written and verbal, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Recognize that onsite work in customers' homes necessitates a criminal record check, ensuring the safety and security of our clients.

Assets

  • Prior design experience.
  • Possess an Interior Design Technology Diploma or related education.
  • Accumulate 3 to 5 years of experience in kitchen design and/or the construction industry.
  • Foundation in basic accounting skills to enhance your ability to manage financial aspects.

Work Environment

  • Your own office at our HQ, Ave NW.
  • Adhere to a showroomready, business casual dress code.
  • Working hours of 9AM 5PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Primarily based in the office, with occasional travel to client's design sites.

Job Type

  • Fulltime position with comprehensive benefits available after 90 days, including dental care, extended health care, and life insurance.
  • Annual 2 weeks of paid vacation.

Salary:
$24.00-$27.00 per hour
