How You Will Contribute:


  • Lead programs, projects, and initiatives that contribute towards the achievement of People and Culture targets and objectives. This includes scoping new projects, setting goals and deadlines, and planning, monitoring, and executing projects to meet preestablished criteria.
  • Offer leadership, guidance, and assistance across the People & Culture department throughout the entire project lifecycle, utilizing recognized project management, change management, technology, and reporting standards.
  • Play an integral role in a team dedicated to enhancing our Employee Experience, with a particular focus on improving People & Culture processes, systems and content.
  • Manage endtoend project lifecycles, from initiation through to implementation and review.
  • Drive change management initiatives, supporting teams through transitions and ensuring buyin from stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
  • Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and reporting on project status to stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, implementing feedback loops and iterative processes.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and support to team members, fostering an agile mindset.

The Must Haves:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Human Resources environment.
  • Strong background in change management methods.
  • Proven experience in managing projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud HR technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problemsolving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience working with JIRA or similar tool.
  • PMP, PRINCE II or Scrum Master certification preferred.
