Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Manager, Food & Beverage, this role serves guests beverages while following rules, regulations, and operational guidelines. Contributes to a safe work environment for all team members.

Works in various areas such as restaurants, buffets, casinos, bars, banquets, theatres, in-room dining, etc.

Ensures adherence to company policies, motivates the team, and fosters a positive work environment.

**Key Accountabilities

Greets guests by name when possible
Informs guests of daily specials
Explains beverage preparation
Takes orders and offers recommendations
Prepares and serves beverages
Ensures guest satisfaction and handles issues
Presents bill and processes payments
Maintains cleanliness and restocks
Delivers beverages to rooms, obtains signatures, and clears trays
Performs opening and closing duties
Handles cash floats
Assists other bartenders if needed
Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly
Communicates effectively with all departments
Fosters strong relationships with guests, ownership, and team members
Ensures compliance with regulations and performs assigned duties

Education and Qualifications

High School Diploma; Hospitality or hotel education desirable; Bartending certificate a plus
Minimum 1 year bartending experience
POS experience
Serving it Right Certification
Ability to obtain a Gaming License and meet customer expectations
