Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting & selling folding carton/print services to new customers as well as growing & retaining business in the existing network.

The sales representative is expected to effectively sell folding cartons/retail packaging and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction at all times.

Job Description:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
Identifying and pursuing opportunities.
Utilizing a consultative sales approach in working with customers to understand and conceptualize their packaging needs.
Building relationships with industry decisionmakers to convey the value of our organization and the broad scope of our packaging capabilities.
Regular travel making presentations of finished packaging samples, delivering proposals, followingup on previous meetings, and actively seeking opportunities to build new relationships.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 35 years of sales experience in packaging/printing/ folding carton industry.
Selfmotivated, and a selfstarter.
Strong communication & presentation skills.
Ability to work well with others.
Experience in packaging engineering and structural design is a plus.
