    This exciting opportunity is to work as an Educator in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational services to staff members. Your primary role will be to develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs that meet the needs of our healthcare professionals.

    Your Key Responsibilities:



    • To provide clinical education and learning support for designated areas within Social Work practice;

    • To develop comprehensive plans, implement them, and assess their effectiveness in achieving desired outcomes;

    • To collaborate with Clinical Practice Leaders on strategic initiatives aimed at improving patient care through enhanced knowledge transfer; 
      The Educator shall perform duties associated with teaching across various settings including simulation labs online or clinically alongside delivering lectures presenting research findings writing training curricula mentoring coaching demonstrating expertise collaborating key partners assessing requirements articulating vision inspiring growth maintaining records gathering statistics reporting outcomes driving teamwork fostering problem-solving skills ensuring physical ability operate efficiently ensure compliance adhere protocols promote staff awareness participate enhance service delivery strive improvements examine benefits impact reduction efforts optimize efficiency increase factors improve reduce create monitor communicate participate critically nursing transition case management shared responsibility enables proactive behaviors takes accountability
