Earth Observation Data Scientist

Canada - Fully Remote

$100K - $125K + Benefits


Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate remote sensing data from various sources and sensors into tools for research and operational purposes.
  • Contribute to the optimization of data processing pipelines for speed and efficiency.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest developments remote sensing techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Remote Sensing, Earth Science, Maths, Physics or Relevant Field
  • Strong programming skills in Python (C++ is a bonus)
  • Proficiency in remote sensing data processing and analysis techniques.
  • Experience with geospatial data and remote sensing concepts.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for innovation.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
