About the job

As part of this position, you will be accountable for:

Mission:

_Leverage shopper insights to accelerate sales and create value to our retail partners by offering activations to increase shopper conversion at the point of sale and in the pre-shop planning stage.

Lead financially sustainable projects with respective clients in all key stages:
ideation, client proposal, creation, budget management and execution._


_ More specifically:
_

- _Conduct Market Analysis to capture retailers' opportunities_
- _Develop National enforcement tools in line with brands strategies and develop _online and instore retailer specific programs_
- _Establish and maintain relationships with shopper marketing contacts of regular clients._
- _Manage projects, approvals, budget, timelines and ROI analysis with the agency and the different approvers/collaborators._
- _Provide sales and presentation tools of the strategic programs for customer and field sales teams._
- _Test innovative in store concepts to find new ways of conversion._

About you
- _Bachelor's degree in business administration or any other relevant field._
- _Bilingual (English and French) is an asset._
- _Experience in sales and / or shopper marketing of 5 to 7 years, ideally in the consumer-packaged goods market (CPG)._
- _Good knowledge of store environment and understanding of the elements that trigger the conversion of shoppers at the POS._
- _Ability to present clearly and to influence internal and external stakeholders._
- _Agility in managing multiple projects involving several stakeholders._
- _Asset: experience in account management or marketing role in a CPG or retailer environment_
