  • Complete appropriate training as provided

Position Descriptions

  • Greet and assist clients and sales representatives
  • Provide support for Deal Secretary and our real estate agents; Assist with preparation of documents related to sales. leases. as well as exclusive listings
  • Monitor the flow of correspondence to ensure proper action is taken in a timely manner
  • Schedule appointments, meetings and follow ups for agents and brokers
  • Provide clerical assistance as needed
  • Proficient with MS Office and Google suite, familiar with social media platforms
  • Facilitate in filing organization (hardcopy and electronic copy) of deal documents

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills
- confidence to work independently - and know when to ask for help

  • Self Startertech savvy and can learn new tools quickly
  • University/College education
  • Mandarin Speaking and writing is a MUST, familiar with Mandarin social media platforms
  • Customer service / real estate industry experience is an asset
