- Integrate various market data sources to advise and inform sales and new business development functions and support the broader marketing and R&D teams in the development of their segment and category strategies through;
- generating, synthesizing and analyzing both proprietary primary data and secondary data to understand business and market attractiveness
- creation of dashboards and ad-hoc tools to size, scope and prioritize market opportunities and inform segment and product category strategies
- identifying consumer and customer opportunity spaces across the company's portfolio to support the innovation pipeline for the North America region
- generating engaging business insights for external marketing communication and customer presentations
- leveraging insights to write and deliver internal and external presentations that enable customer collaboration
- Gather information on competitors, customers and distributors and conduct analysis to inform the broader business strategy on regional market dynamics.
- Lead and manage all aspects of quantitative and qualitative research projects, from design through to concept creation, results delivery and product validation.
- Support the continuous evolution of our insights toolkit with new methodologies and technologies.
- Form strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Marketing, Consumer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration and/or another analytical discipline.
- At least 5+ years of relevant market and consumer insights experience.
- Demonstrated success gathering and designing research, extracting and presenting insights to cross-functional teams, and making recommendations based those insights.
- Strong understanding of data systems (Power BI, Power Query, Excel) and competence in dashboard creation and maintenance.
- Web scraping and subsequent data automation.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Knowledge of research fundamentals, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Knowledge of multiple consumer data and learning tools, processes, and analytical techniques.
- Strong data visualization, presentation and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel up to 20% within the North America region.
