Responsibilities include:
- answering member calls and taking notes;
- opening files in a web portal;
- dealing with member issues and complaints; and
- communicating with head office.
- be comfortable speaking on the phone;
- have excellent written and oral communication skills;
- be patient and friendly;
- be able to multi-task;
- be detail-oriented and organized;
- be able to solve problems and de-escalate conflicts;
- be able to work well in a team environment and;
- be adept with new computer software.

$40,000.00 per year
