Overview:


  • Crosslinx Transit Solutions (CTS) is a consortium comprised of EllisDon, SNC-Lavalin, Aecon, and ACS
  • Dragados. CTS has been selected by Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario to deliver the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit Project and is seeking highly qualified, experienced personnel to join the team of this complex P3 design and construction project.

Systems Interfaces Coordinator work with the Systems Integration Team and will assist in the day to day activities required for team communications, the generations of the metrics and reports, attending key interface meetings, and taking minutes. Coordination, strategic communication, and administrative activities related to various third-party stakeholder interfaces is the primary focus of this role.


Responsibilities:


  • The
coordinator will perform the following activities:

  • Third-party stakeholder interfaces coordination with HMQE (Metrolinx), CTSD, and CTSM
  • Schedule and lead the weekly progress meetings on behalf of the PM, take and circulate meeting minutes, and track open action items
  • Assist with tracking the status of Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Briefing Papers (BPs), and Final Design Review (FDR) packages.
  • Frequent project tracking system updates that feed reports and dashboards
  • Interface with Procurement, Expediting, Engineer of Record, Testing & Commissioning, V&V, and Systems Assurance team where required
  • Perform other coordination tasks as requested for the Systems Integration Team

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma related to engineering, technology, or computer science, or sufficient work experience in a related field
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Problem solving, mediation, gap analysis and recognition, assertive yet fair communication skills
  • Exemplar communication skills, keen attention to detail, motivated selfstarter, team player
  • Experience with transit projects is an asset
  • Construction project work experience is an asset
  • PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 certification is an asset
  • Microsoft Project or Smartsheet experience is an asset
