Key Responsibilities:

Ensure proper mixing and matching of paint colors and textures to meet specifications.
Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a clean work area.
Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touchups or adjustments.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Industrial Painter in a manufacturing or similar environment.
Proficiency in surface preparation techniques and knowledge of various painting methods.
Familiarity with different types of paints, primers, and coatings.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and procedures.

Benefits:

About us

Johnson Industries Ltd designs and manufactures a range of products in house including hydraulic, pneumatic, spring-set or manually applied caliper disc brakes and brake systems for use on hoists, conveyors, propulsion systems and other rotating equipment.

We Have Been Designing and Manufacturing Brakes Since 1915.

In our continued growth, we are looking for a full time Assembly to work indoor in a machine shop setting and to start as soon as possible.
