Q-Line Logistics is a Canadian 3PL that specializes in providing long distance transportation solutions across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

We are a strategic partner for any size manufacturing or distribution company that uses a wide range of transportation modes for commercial freight of all kinds.

We pride ourselves in providing a high level of expertise and service to handle any logistics challenges customers may be facing.

We are currently seeking a National Sales Representative in the Winnipeg area.

This role is primarily responsible for enhancing and increasing the customer/shipping base of Q-Line Logistics through the use of a consultative sales process.

The National Sales Representative will contact existing, inactive or potential customers to secure shipments. This role must understand the Q-Line Logistics value proposition and be able to effective articulate this to customers.


Your responsibilities:

  • Utilizing cold calling techniques (training to be provided), effectively sell Q-Line Logistics transportation and logistics services to new and established customers.
  • Manage brokerage sales from start to finish, including prospecting, planning, initial call, presenting Q-Line's value proposition and closing the sale.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both existing and newly acquired customers.
  • Focus on establishing, onboarding and nurturing new customers and building customer relationships.
  • Work closely and in a collaborative manner with various internal departments to ensure freight is moved to meet customer needs and requirements.

  • Someone with the ability to work remotely while being motivated and a self-starter.
  • An outgoing, extroverted, confident personality with strong interpersonal skills is needed for success.
  • Strong motivation, drive and ambition and team oriented.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • A selfstarter, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Relevant postsecondary education/training is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
  • Must be fluent in English (spoken and written), with a preference for Punjabi or Hindi as well.

$60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
