Commercial Furniture Sales Representative - Nepean, Canada - Unreserved
Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential clients within the commercial sector, including offices, hotels, restaurants, embassies, government sectors and other businesses.
- Utilise expertise in commercial furniture sales to effectively communicate the benefits of Dala Decors' products to potential clients through our local and abroad supply chain.
- Use Dala Decor's 100+ manufacturers and suppliers to offer all furniture categories to clients of all shapes and sizes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and fostering longterm partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the commercial furniture industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on sales leads.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable deals for both Dala Decors and the client.
- Stay updated on product offerings, industry standards, and competitor activities to effectively position Dala Decors in the market.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company, consistently striving to increase revenue and market share.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (asset)
- Proven track record of success in commercial business sales
- Strong knowledge of commercial trends, furniture specifications, and industry standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as needed
