Responsibilities include:
- Directing, coordinating and implementing projects for Priva North America.
- Efficiently and effectively allocating and managing project resources.
- Planning, scheduling and tracking project timelines to ensure work is performed on time and within budget.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Communicating progress and challenges to Priva colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Adapting to project changes and ensuring scope is maintained.
- Evaluating and assessing project results, noting areas of strength and improvement.
- Submitting reports as required.
- Review job contract plans, scope and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and takeoff sheets.
- Support the Priva Partner Network, Sales, Project Managers, and Field Technicians.
- 5+ years experience managing complex projects
- Post secondary education in project management or a related field is a strong asset
- An advanced level of working knowledge of greenhouse/building control systems technology demonstrated in the areas of process control, water management, electrical, building automation and business solutions
- Superior communication, presentation, organizational skills
- Proven experience in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in the provision of technical services
- Strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
