Bayshore Pediatrics and Specialty Nursing Services - Burnaby branch is currently hiring for the part-time position (22.5 hrs./week) of our
Office & HR Coordinator.

Workdays may have flexibility, but this position is office based between the hours of 8:30am-5:00 pm weekdays.

Job duties and responsibilities include and not limited to:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Provide administrative support for branch.
  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
  • Scan and create digital files for all staff and client care.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Assist with HR onboarding of new hires.
  • Provide HR support and correspondence with field team related to benefits, payroll, events, employee relations, and/or general questions.
  • Enter and update staff information in HRI System and Learning Management System

Job Qualification

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience with office operations / HR functions or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in use of computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel required.
  • Must have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize and complete assigned tasks.
  • Must have excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail is required in entering confidential data and information.
  • Must be proficient in the English language in both written and verbal communication.
  • Must be an excellent team player and able to work and adapt with a diverse group of individuals.
  • Must have the ability to be resourceful with good problemsolving skills.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset.

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

  • Frequent typing, walking, sitting, and standing throughout shift.
  • Occasional lifting (approx. 16 lbs.), bending, pushing, and pulling.
  • Bayshore is in accordance with provincial Accessibility regulations as well as Provincial Human Rights Code legislation._
