Responsibilities:


  • Handle multiple companies
  • Communicating with clients
  • Assist all things related to servicing the colleagues and directors
  • Assist the Admin & Sales department with their daily tasks
  • Scheduling
  • Running errands
  • Handling the invoices and documentations

Required Qualifications:


  • Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to work in stressful situations.
  • Must complete all tasks in the required timeframes given.
  • Experience in working in a fastpaced environment and adapting to change.
  • Effective problemsolving skills and organization.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Mandarin speaking is an asset

The Following Is An Asset:


  • 2 years of experience in a reception or customer service role.
  • Postsecondary education in business or hospitalityrelated field is considered an asset.
  • Experience in client care and customer service.

Salary: $20.00 per hour


Schedule:

Day shift

Monday to Friday

Secondary School (preferred)


Experience:

Administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)

Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
