We're looking for you to join our team as a
Business Operations Contracts Specialist in
Toronto, ON


As the Specialist, you'll be ensuring the delivery of your team's individual goals, plans, and initiatives relating to business strategies and objectives.


You and your team will foster a customer-centric culture by leveraging bank relationships, systems, and knowledge to deepen client relationships.

Additionally, you'll be overseeing the contract process, identifying opportunities for improvements, and leading the contract and hiring process by providing regular performance reporting and updates to management.

You'll provide support for your team by assisting with contract processing and promptly resolving client inquiries, concerns, and complaints.


Additional Duties Include:


  • Managing complex administrative operations, track metrics and approvals, and address inquiries promptly
  • Developing a deep understanding of team objectives, goals, and milestones
  • Providing project support, organize lunch & learn sessions for Hiring Managers, and maintain SharePoint pages
  • Building strong relationships with Digital users, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Assisting Contract and Business Operations Managers as needed
  • Identifying and reporting process breakthroughs, issues, and resolutions to higher management

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Strong abilities using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience building relationships with the people around you
  • Eager to review an organization's operations, perform process analysis, and identify improvement opportunities
