Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Order the required materials from internal departments in order to complete each job.
  • Complete orders and assignments in a timely manner with high accuracy.
  • Meet and exceed company and customer quality standards.
  • Perform job checks of the final product for other Laminator Operators.
  • Set up required machine maintenance and perform routine preventative maintenance as per the process control sheets.
  • Completion of end of shift cleaning and organization of lamination station including, but not limited to, solvents, changing the garbage, and general tidying of the work station.
  • Locate the process control sheet and use the settings as a starting point for the job.
  • Read dockets to verify specifications for the job.
  • Check the treat and load rolls with the correct orientation.
  • Set up glue stoppers as per the requirements for each job.
  • Pull up the job and check the glue weights.
  • Have a designated individual perform a job check.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Printing Supervisor and/or Printing and Lamination Manager.

Requirements:


  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Strong organizational skills and able to multitask extensively.

Flex Life Schedule (12 hours shift, 3 days a week): 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM OR 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
