Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Order the required materials from internal departments in order to complete each job.
Complete orders and assignments in a timely manner with high accuracy.
Meet and exceed company and customer quality standards.
Perform job checks of the final product for other Laminator Operators.
Set up required machine maintenance and perform routine preventative maintenance as per the process control sheets.
Completion of end of shift cleaning and organization of lamination station including, but not limited to, solvents, changing the garbage, and general tidying of the work station.
Locate the process control sheet and use the settings as a starting point for the job.
Read dockets to verify specifications for the job.
Check the treat and load rolls with the correct orientation.
Set up glue stoppers as per the requirements for each job.
Pull up the job and check the glue weights.
Have a designated individual perform a job check.
Other duties as assigned by the Printing Supervisor and/or Printing and Lamination Manager.

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED required.
Strong organizational skills and able to multitask extensively.
