Job Summary:
KP Cleaning is a leading cleaning company located in Vancouver, BC. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Cleaning Specialist to join our team.

The Cleaning Specialist will be responsible for performing general cleaning tasks across multiple sites and will also handle purchasing, delivery, and ordering of cleaning supplies.

A valid driver's license is required for this role.

Work to be performed Monday to Friday for 4 hours per day. Times are flexible depending on need. Work times could be during the day time or night time depending on the schedule.


Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and adhoc cleaning and maintenance tasks at various strata sites at the direction of our Operations Manager.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Handle minor maintenance and repair tasks, such as changing light bulbs and reporting any issues to the Operations Manager.
• Drive your vehicles to transport cleaning equipment, supplies, and personnel to different sites.
• Purchase cleaning supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring inventory is maintained.
• Fill in for cleaner absences when required.
• Manage supply orders, including tracking and receiving deliveries in a timely manner.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
