Job description

• Responsible for cleanliness of all gel tanks, gelatin dishes, and pinbars as per SOP.
• Responsible for cleaning all other equipment brought into the department.
• Complete a Clean Equipment Tag and attach to each piece of clean equipment.
• Responsible for cleaning the HCM and applicable equipment during a dish wash.
• Clean around the HCM's once per shift or as requested by supervisor.
• Make empty cardboard boxes for production area.
• Help utility to pack greasers.
• Follow all company SOP's
• Assist other departments as required.
• Provide training to new employees in the department.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Comply with all company safety rules, provincial and federal rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
