Job Description

As a Retail Store Supervisor at Christina Coffee Plus, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store. This includes managing a team of 1-2 employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment and possess strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers, organizing and maintaining inventory, and resolving issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and motivate a team of 1-2 employees to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Schedule staff and manage workloads to ensure seamless operation of the store.
Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A secondary school graduation certificate.
1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
