At Veyron Properties we strive to provide our residents with a home and community that makes them proud to call a Veyron property, home.

We are now expanding our luxury rental communities to the beautiful town of Powell River.

The qualified individual must have a professional attitude, ability to manage the maintenance departments of two new buildings and great customer service.

Duties

  • Building cleaning and upkeep
  • Working closely with the property manager
  • Perform general maintenance tasks such as minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs to ensure that our buildings are properly maintained.
  • Movein and moveout repair, maintenance, and general cleanup for units at the end and beginning of the month.
  • Complete daily site walks to diagnose, action, and/or repair issues.
  • Follow safety procedures during all repair and maintenance work.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
  • Adhoc duties as required.
  • Maintaining the grounds
  • On call after hours for emergencies

Requirements:


  • Ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with clients, team members and the public.
  • Valid class 5 BC Driver's License
  • Customer service
  • Able to troubleshoot
  • A cando attitude, always willing to learn more, works great alone or with a team.
  • First Aid considered an asset
