Account Coordinator

Expanding Markham-based Advertising Agency, specializing in real estate marketing, seeking a Junior Team member to assist our Account Team.

ROLE:

The Account Coordinator assists the Account Service department in getting the best possible work from the Agency for the Client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides client service support to ensure that all assignments are executed timely and accurately
• Assists in the daily internal operations of client projects
• Visit client sites as required, including all onsite installations
• Liaise with suppliers, PR firms, vendors, architects and interior designers in order to progress marketing materials for launches
• Creative briefs for our team
• Produce Action Reports, creative briefs, administrative support and quotes
• Effectively problem solves and develops solid business relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree/diploma in business/marketing (please note this is not a sales position)
• Previous experience in marketing, customer service, client relations or account support
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Experience in the real estate/building industry an asset, but not required.

Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
