We are looking for an experienced, professional, and customer focused
Property Administrator to join and support our office team in Saint John, NB.

What you will do:

Maintain files, produce correspondence, and monitor special projects;
Provide general administrative support and coverage for reception duties: greet tenants, answer phones and redirect calls;
Assist with preparing monthly reports; assist in organizing tenant or staff events;
Other administrative duties as assigned.

Who you are:

25 years' experience in a similar role; ability to think outside the box and take initiative;
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word & Excel; familiarity with Yardi is considered an asset;
Previous customer service, accounting and/or collections experience is considered an asset;
Experience in the property management industry is considered an asset.
