Accounts Receivable and Payable Specialist

Renewal by Andersen - Mississauga, ON

Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.


Primary Responsibilities:


Accounts Receivable:

  • Process phase billing of contracts for established customers.
  • Post customer payments and deposits.
  • Record checks and payments for customer accounts.
  • Run credit card transactions.
  • Submit for funding and post receipts.
  • Recognize revenue and utilize general ledger to accurately record postings into QuickBooks.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and annual filing for AR.
  • Provide support to customers regarding billing discrepancies and contact customers regarding collections and past due accounts.

Accounts Payable:

  • Assist with managing vendor accounts.
  • Process new and existing subcontractor accounts.
  • Provide backup support to payroll specialist.
  • Post customer invoices.
  • Print vendor and installer invoices; record postings into QuickBooks and Salesforce.
  • Followup on approvals on invoices, verify accuracy of invoices.
  • Maintain uptodate files and information for all vendors.

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in AR and/or AP (required)
  • 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Desktop (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Salesforce experience
  • Accounting degree

Compensation and Benefits:

- $64,000-67,000/annual

  • Onsite in our Mississauga office
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am4:30pm

Pay:
$64,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
