- Representing BDC and participate in networking activities and job fairs to increase employer brand awareness.
- Become a strategic partner for the Quebec and Atlantic Financing team.
- Propose concrete talent acquisition strategies that enable teams to meet current and future needs.
- Act as a BDC ambassador to universities, key partners such as the Ordre CPA and diversity organizations.
- Develop trusting relationships with the Talent Acquisition team and with your HR colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree + 5 years in Talent Acquisition, ideally in the banking sector
- Excellent communication and writing skills in French and English.
- Exceptional customer/candidate/team awareness.
- Ideally, you've worked in both an agency and a corporate environment, and you're more at home in a team environment (as opposed to a competitive one), where we all work together for the same company.
- You understand that, to influence leaders, you need credibility, business acumen and the ability to listen.
