Primary Role
Assisting Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Acting as a point of contact for phone calls and correspondence
- Taking meeting minutes
- Transcribing from dictation
- Managing and organizing diaries, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Data entry (AR, etc)
- Basic bookkeeping
- Learn various positions within scope
- Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Handling errands and daytoday tasks for the employer (coffee, lunch for meetings, etc)
- Liaising with clients
- Other duties may be assigned
Skills & Requirements
- Oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks (required)
- Diplomacy
- Adaptability
- Proficiency and flexibility with different software systems
- Discretion
- Must have 1year work experience
- Ability to work independently
- Driver's License
Assets
- Proficiency and flexibility with different software systems
- Construction Experience
- AR experience
