- Maintain and customize cloud solutions including creating custom objects, fields, formulas, validation, workflows and processes and automation of processes

- Minimum 5 years experience in similar positions.
- Knowledge of Drupal content management systems and platforms.

- Digital transformation initiatives, programs, and complex implementation projects. (i.e., Content Management System, Digital Asset Management , Customer Data Platform, Marketing Automation, Artificial Intelligence)

What you will do:
Reporting to the Technology Product Owner of the Enrolment and Admissions Rethinking Initiative, the Application Administrator is responsible for managing configurations, customizations, data quality and security, user support, system upgrades, and documentation of the Salesforce applications and other project-based actions required to achieve Humber's business outcomes. In partnership with the Technical Lead and the Technology Product Owner, they will support platform users by ensuring an optimally performing system and providing ongoing support and training to end users.
