Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers in the execution of landscaping projects from start to finish.
  • Interpret landscape designs and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of plans.
  • Coordinate with project managers to schedule tasks, allocate resources, and meet project deadlines.
  • Oversee the installation of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor structures.
  • Manage the planting of trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation according to design specifications.
  • Ensure quality control and attention to detail in all aspects of landscaping work.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Uphold company standards for professionalism, workmanship, and safety on job sites.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience (3+ years) in landscape construction and horticulture.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in reading landscape designs, blueprints, and project plans.
  • Knowledge of hardscape and softscape installations, irrigation systems, and plant care.
  • Familiarity with landscaping equipment, tools, and their proper use and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$23.68-$34.61 per hour
