Dixon Automotive Group Canada Limited is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team


The Dixon Automotive Group is a local family owned and operated company consisting of Kia of Brockville, Smiths Falls Kia, Brockville Nissan, 6 Dixon's Car & Truck Rental locations and 3 CarStar body shops.


The Service Advisor will oversee and direct the work of team members, interact with customers, compile reports, process warranties, and oversee day-to-day transactions.


Position Duties:


  • Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles
  • Determine and diagnose car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition
  • Translate customerreported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete
  • Order necessary parts from suppliers and doublecheck that they are delivered to technicians
  • Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards
  • Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services
  • Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases

Requirements:


  • Experience providing high quality customer support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think critically, troubleshoot and multitask
  • Experience working with service software, databases and tools (Ex. Reynolds and Reynolds)
  • G Drivers Licence

Assets:


  • 2+ years of Service Department experience
