Job Summary

The Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining student files , scheduling training sessions , booking MTO/SERCO road tests , ensuring compliance with MELT regulations , providing customer service & support .

  • Maintain complete & accurate student files
  • Ensure all admission documents are collected & saved : ID medical abstracts registration forms contracts
  • Create student profiles in internal systems
  • Track student progress through online classroom in-yard training on-road hours ... etc
