RESPONSIBILITIES

  • At least 10+ years of overall IT Experience in Oracle E Business Suite with very good technofunctional resource in SCM modules like Inventory, Adv Pricing, Purcahsing and P2P cycle.
  • Should have very strong knowledge on RICEW components.
  • Coupled with hands on experience with various project phases such as implementation, development, testing and support.
  • Creating, managing, and distributing reports related to the project on a timely manner
  • Understanding of Project KPIs, SLAs and able to perform both preparation & analysis of KPIs.
  • Understand prioritize and escalate where necessary and prepare a risk mitigation plan.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Should be able to support the work in the support project with extensively worked in P2P area and very good in RICEW components.
  • Should be able to meet the SLA and KPI and can work in enhancements, Incidents, problem management and also can resolve recurring incidents and work on SOP
