    About the Role

    Reporting

    The Unlicensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Maintenance (AME - M) reports directly to the Crew Chief.

    Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities

    • Provide technical assistance or guidance to the crew.
    • Communicate when tasks are complete so the next trade can move on the job.
    • Ensure work environment is safe and clean.
    • Promote company values, vision, and mission.
    • Demonstrated capability and competency in the field of expertise.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
    • Processes strong fundamental aircraft knowledge.
    • Builds quality capability and responsiveness for Avmax Group Inc.
    • Carry out maintenance repairs on customer aircraft.
    • Sign work sheets and work cards for work accomplished - completely and accurately.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.

    Experience

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
    • Dash-8 and CRJ experience is considered an asset.
