Talent Acquisition Coordinator - French Bilingual

What does a
Talent Acquisition Coordinator do?

You will use your experience in Talent Acquisition, organization, strategy and communication to support the high-volume and high performing Talent Acquisition team through:

  • Developing a working knowledge of position requirements and business needs by conducting intake meeting with hiring managers
  • Leading bilingual (
    French) sourcing and recruitment strategies
  • Building effective and strategic recruitment initiates to support attraction and retention of highvolume and niche toptalent
  • Sourcing and establishing core partnerships with agencies and educational institutions
  • Acting as brand ambassador for PASS at internal and external hiring and career events
  • Collaborating effectively within the Talent Acquisition team and with other departments and stakeholders
  • Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics and KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Providing insights and recommendations on recruitment practices with an aim for continuous improvement and process effectiveness
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and hiring managers to support DE&I hiring practices

What you bring to PASS:


  • You have 13 years of progressive experience in a Talent Acquisition Role
  • You are a valid RAIC holder or are able to obtain your Transport Security Clearance (upon successful hire)
  • You have a clear criminal background record
  • You are fluent in French and English, verbal and written
  • You are able to effectively and collaboratively work in a team environment
  • You have a demonstrated ability to communicate well across various audiences and stakeholders with diplomacy, tact and confidentiality
  • You have a keen eye for detail and hold yourself accountable to high standards
  • You thrive in high volume, fastpaced and evolving environment

Salary Range:
$60,000 - $65,000

This role is fully based on-site at our office in Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and requires fluency in French.
