A well-established litigation firm, seeks a Lawyer to join our practice with 5 to 10+ years of experience in Civil and Commercial Litigation.

Requirements:

- outstanding storytelling ability;
- knowledge in real-estate property disputes, construction law, professional negligence claims, shareholder disagreements, and contract disputes;
- experience in attending Examinations for Discovery, Mediations, cross-exams, motions, trials, and other litigation events;
- conducting settlement negotiations;
- reviewing legal and factual issues, and advising clients accordingly;
- drafting legal documents; and
- independently working with clients.
