Long View is seeking an experienced
Networking Administrator for our
Toronto office who thrives in voice technologies You will bring expertise in network voice operations through strong customer service and technical skills. You will be working as part of a team, responsible for daily support of client network environments.
A Day in the LIfe:
- Configuring and troubleshooting Analog Voice Gateways, PSTN Voice Gateways (Dial Peers, translation rules, translation patterns etc.)
- Disaster Recovery of all Cisco Voice/Video/Collaboration solutions
- Upgrading and patching Cisco Unified Communications Technologies (CUCM/CUCN/CUPS/SME/CCX/VTS/COND/PCD/TMS)
- Monitoring TMS Conference Control center, endpoint MACD's, multiparty video and adhoc conference troubleshooting, WebEx integration
- Call control, call routing, call traces
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a Unified Communication Consultant combined with an indepth knowledge and extensive experience with the following Cisco technologies (Cisco Voice/Video/Collaboration servers):
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- o Cisco Expressway-Edge/Core
- o Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, Workspace Optimization
- o Cisco Finesse o Calabrio Call Recording
- o Cisco Prime Collaboration Deployment, License Manager
- Experience with the following hardware:
- Cisco Telepresence Devices (DX, EX, MX, SX series)
- o Cisco UCS Servers, Chassis & Blades
- o Cisco Analog Gateways (VG350, VG224, VG204, ATAx)
- o Cisco Telepresence MSE 8050 o Cisco UC ASA Firewalls
