Wilson Pharmacy is an independent community pharmacy in Port Coquitlam. Wilson Pharmacy has been serving the community for over 14 years.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our hard working pharmacy team.

We are looking for an individual to work in a full-time, permanent position in the Customer Service/ Pharmacy Assistant role as outlined below.

The position will require availability from Monday to Friday from 8am-6pm and Saturday 9am-3pm -, excluding stat holidays.


JOB DESCRIPTION

• Key responsibilities of a Pharmacy Assistant include_:
• Prescription processing (Kroll Software)
• Compliance packaging
• Managing phone calls patients and doctors' offices
• Receiving/managing inventory and stocking shelves

- organizing deliveries


QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong work ethic with ability to multitask
• Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines
• Independent thinking and ability to solve problems
• High attention to detail while being efficient and able to time manage
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Quick learner and ability to adapt to new information and routines
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn
