    Title and Summary

    Director, Revenue Growth, Strategic Partnerships, and Pricing Position Overview & Summary: Mastercard Loyalty Solutions is the world's largest loyalty company, a service division within Mastercard that provides reward programs, offers, and benefits to both financial institutions and merchants. We manage over 600 million accounts on our loyalty systems, serving over 2,000 global clients. We offer an end-to-end outsourced service and are at the forefront of next-generation loyalty solutions, including Merchant Offers, Pay with Points, Promotions, and more. Our global team consists of 900 loyalty specialists working across the world, leading the integration of loyalty with payments.

    Merchant Offers is focused on driving revenue through our proprietary platform and merchant network. We are on a transformational journey, with ambitious goals and is currently seeking a Director of Revenue Growth, Strategic Partnerships, and Pricing to join our product organization and be accountable for defining new revenue opportunities and building strategic partnerships to help unlock and optimize merchant offers. This leader will focus on identifying strategic partners that can complement or extend our core platform to enhance our value chain for existing customers and prospects. This role will be responsible for identify monetization opportunities across new capabilities and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business. Role: Act as a business owner for strategic partner capabilities including investment assessment, business cases, and go-to- market pricing Partners closely with M&A and Corporate Development to align on strategic fit, business requirements, and synergies assessment Champions revenue goal attainment through product pricing diversification through continuous pricing analysis, new pricing lever quantification and new partnership expansions Responsible for identifying total addressable market and delivering value to the end customer through new/next generation capabilities for ongoing engagement through offers programs Leads all market research to assess and evaluate the competitive landscape, evaluate opportunities, trends and threats to market position Works closely with product development to identify unmet needs or pain points with features across the entire platform and identify a build, partner, or buy approach Work closely with sales enablement to think through value added story for existing and prospective clients About You: Experience in product management, product development, start up Strong experience with business cases, business modeling, term sheets Background/experience working in B2B or in the technology / payments industry (preferred) Comfortable with ambiguity and working independently Demonstrated ability to act with persistent and relentless sense of urgency Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with senior-level executives internally and externally Strong competency preparing presentation materials with strong storytelling Bachelor's degree required. MBA or CFA preferred Location – Toronto Some travel required
