    **Titre du poste : Assistant financier**

    **Description de la fonction :** Raison d'être du poste :

    Le candidat sélectionné aura pour responsabilité, sous la supervision d'un comptable expérimenté, de gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et de traiter les factures. Ses tâches incluent l'ouverture du courrier, la création de nouveaux fournisseurs ou sous-traitants, l'entrée des factures dans un logiciel et la vérification des états de comptes fournisseurs.

    Compétences requises :

    • Ouvrir le courrier reçu
    • Créer les nouveaux fournisseurs et/ou sous-traitants
    • Entrer les factures dans le logiciel comptable
    • Vérifier les coupons de cartes de crédits et les entrer dans le logiciel
    • Contrôler les états de comptes fournisseurs par rapport aux informations enregistrées dans le logiciel
    • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
    • Savoir être structuré et ordonné
    • Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe
    • Rigueur dans l'exécution de ses tâches
    • Souci du détail et du travail bien fait
    • Respect des délais impartis
