    Vous êtes passionnée ou passionné par la logistique et souhaitez jouer un rôle clé dans le développement de produits innovants? Nous sommes à la recherche d'une chargée ou d'un chargé de projet , relevant de la Cheffe de service - Services techniques, pour optimiser et gérer les processus logistiques dans un environnement axé sur l'innovation. Dans ce rôle, vous aurez un impact réel sur les opérations en assurant une gestion fluide et efficace des flux logistiques, contribuant directement à la réussite du développement de produits chez BRP.

    VOUS AUREZ L'OCCASION DE :

    • Améliorer et optimiser le processus de transport (STR) pour l'expédition des prototypes vers les différents sites d'essais, tant aux États‑Unis qu'à l'international.

    • Collaborer avec les équipes satellites afin de réduire les coûts liés aux expéditions et d'identifier des opportunités d'efficacité opérationnelle.

    • Mettre en place et gérer les régimes douaniers appropriés pour les prototypes, en coordination avec les équipes concernées, afin d'assurer la conformité et la fluidité des mouvements transfrontaliers.

    • Définir et documenter les nouveaux processus de transport, notamment lors de l'ouverture de nouveaux marchés ou divisions de BRP.

    • Optimiser les flux logistiques des prototypes, incluant le transport routier, aérien, maritime, et tout autre mode pertinent, en tenant compte des délais, des coûts et des exigences techniques.

    • Améliorer la gestion et la fluidité de nos transports inbound et outbound en travaillant avec les partenaires internes et externes pour simplifier les opérations.

    VOUS VOUS ÉPANOUIREZ DANS CE RÔLE SI VOUS AVEZ LES COMPÉTENCES ET QUALITÉS SUIVANTES :

    • Baccalauréat ou technique en logistique du transport, Gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, génie industriel ou tout autre expérience connexe.

    • Connaissance des processus logistiques dans un environnement industriel ou R&D.

    • Compréhension du cycle de développement véhicule.

    • Maîtrise du français tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ()

    • Connaissances approfondies de l'environnement Windows (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) et du logiciel SAP

    • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation, gestion des priorités. travail d'équipe .

    • Autonomie, réactivité et capacité à travailler en environnement multidisciplinaire.
