Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain all devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers.
Troubleshoot network issues, including connectivity, speed, and security.
Monitor and maintain our servers on the cloud in Azure platform.
Provide technical support to staff and students, including answering questions and resolving problems.

Conduct regular backups of important data and ensure disaster recovery procedures are in place. Keep up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to our IT infrastructure. Assist with IT projects as needed

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
Knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A+ or other relevant IT certifications are a plus

Education:

Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Network Administration is an asset.
