- Lead the development and implementation of project management methodologies tailored to assigned projects, while providing comprehensive support to the project team, bridging knowledge and expertise gaps.
- Collaborate with project team members, leaders, and stakeholders to clearly define project scope, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with stakeholder and client needs, fostering support both internally and externally within the organization.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the regulatory project management framework by assisting in the design and development of tools, processes, and methodologies.
- Monitor and manage resources allocated to assigned projects, driving the team towards meeting scope and timelines.
- Proactively identify, track, and resolve risks and issues associated with projects, implementing mitigation strategies to prevent or minimize their impact.
- Provide regular project performance reports encompassing status updates, progress evaluations, and risk assessments, identifying areas requiring intervention to ensure project success.
- Advise and share knowledge with internal and external project stakeholders on project management best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, public policy, engineering, or related discipline.
- 8-10 years project/program management, experience in regulatory development and design is considered an asset.
- PMP/PgMP or working towards these designations is considered an asset.
- PROSCI certification is considered an asset.
- Exhibit adept influence skills even without formal authority.
- Enhance expertise in project methodologies and/or regulatory development processes.
- Display proficiency in communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and experience in risk, change, and stakeholder management.
