  • Drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet operational expectations.
  • Maintain personal and productivity goals
  • Establish a connection with each client by asking openended questions to assess their needs.
  • Ability to learn and share expertise in products and trends to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of all products through product trainings.
  • Contribute to brand awareness by helping the store manager to use social media.

Qualifications:


  • 03 years of retail experience
  • Be confident and comfortable with customers to provide them with a positive experience.
  • Motivated to achieve excellent results through enthusiasm for running.
  • Autonomous, able to perform tasks or activities with little supervision.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
