Are you creative, organized, and looking to expand your marketing horizons in a unique field?


Responsibilities include:


  • Monitoring the design and production schedules for marketing materials
  • Providing status updates and progress reports to the Marketing Manager
  • Working with the Graphics team to develop visual assets
  • Coordinating and participating in the proofing of materials for visual and factual accuracy
  • Writing marketing and product copy
  • Researching, pitching, and executing advertising strategies for print and web
  • Coordinating assets and logistics for special events such as trade shows, online community events, contests, and charity contributions
  • Communicating with vendors, suppliers, customers, and other contacts
  • Contributing to photoshoots and content creation
  • Assisting with website updates and edits

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong content creation and editing skills
  • Personable and able to work in a team environment
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Takes initiative and works well independently
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

Bonus skills or interests include:


  • Interest in sewing, quilting or craft hobbies

Experience Requirements:


  • Postsecondary education in a Marketing/Communications related field
  • 25 years of experience in the field of marketing, sales, or public relations

Salary:
From $40,000.00 per year
